To keep your FedEx shipping methods active, we\u2019ve introduced a new integration based on FedEx RESTful APIs.<br \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CS-Cart store and marketplace owners will need to update their FedEx shipping settings to use this new integration. This will ensure you can continue shipping orders smoothly through FedEx without any disruptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"background-color: #ffffe0; padding: 5px 20px; text-align: left; border-radius: 10px; border: 2px solid #ffcc99;\">\n    <p>\ud83d\udccc To switch to the updated integration, add a new FedEx shipping method. To do this, select <i>&#8220;FedEx&#8221;<\/i> from the <i>Rate Calculation<\/i> dropdown on the shipping method configuration page.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/developer.fedex.com\/api\/en-us\/get-started.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Obtain your credentials<\/a> from your FedEx account, enter them into the new FedEx shipping method, and ensure that it works properly. Here&#8217;s what that means for you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>PayPal gets a customer address.<\/strong> CS-Cart automatically sends a shipping address to PayPal, which helps protect you from fraud. PayPal\u2019s seller protection policies don\u2019t cover payments without a valid shipping address, and PayPal may even hold orders because of this. By sending the address automatically, you avoid those holds and stay protected. Additionally, sending the address to PayPal allows you to print shipping labels directly through PayPal, saving time and making shipping more convenient.<br \/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PayPal gets shipment details and tracking numbers.<\/strong> You can opt to send shipment details and tracking numbers to PayPal, providing added protection in case of disputes.
