These changes <strong>only apply to new CS-Cart customers<\/strong> and the <strong>existing customers who buy a new license<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cs-cart.com\/multivendor\" title=\"\">Multi-Vendor<\/a> is not affected at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The takeaways:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>CS-Cart product line changes to: <em>CS-Cart<\/em>, <em>CS-Cart Ultimate<\/em>, and <em>CS-Cart Ultimate B2B<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices on CS-Cart products rise from September 1 <em>for new licenses only<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upgrade subscription prices rise proportionally<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New licenses only come with support periods, not credits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nothing changes for the existing customers unless they buy a new license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Why_are_we_doing_this\"><\/span>Why are we doing this?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CS-Cart has become a niche solution in its essence. It\u2019s no longer a mass product. It\u2019s a high-quality, powerful, and feature-rich eCommerce platform for complex projects. But it\u2019s now <strong>priced too low<\/strong> to enter the niche of expensive self-hosted solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We believe that the changes in pricing and the product line will help CS-Cart enter a new niche of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cs-cart.com\/blog\/self-hosted-ecommerce-platforms\/\" title=\"\">self-hosted eCommerce platforms<\/a>, which will give us <strong>more opportunities to develop and improve the platform<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_will_it_be_from_September_1\"><\/span>How will it be from September 1?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>First of all\u2014the changes only apply to the CS-Cart B2C, CS-Cart B2B, and CS-Cart B2B &amp; B2C products. The changes don\u2019t affect Multi-Vendor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From September 1, only three CS-Cart editions will be available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CS-Cart: $1,350.<\/strong> This is the former CS-Cart B2C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CS-Cart Ultimate: $4,500.<\/strong> This is CS-Cart with multiple storefronts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CS-Cart Ultimate B2B: $8,500.<\/strong> This is CS-Cart with B2B features and multiple storefronts for B2B and B2C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Along with the prices on licenses, the upgrade subscription prices will rise proportionately:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>CS-Cart: <strong>$560 after<\/strong> 1 month upon termination | <strong>$390<\/strong> within 1 month upon termination<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CS-Cart Ultimate: <strong>$1,180<\/strong> after 1 month upon termination | <strong>$755<\/strong> within 1 month upon termination<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CS-Cart Ultimate B2B: <strong>$2,235<\/strong> after 1 month upon termination | <strong>$1,430<\/strong> within 1 month upon termination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The new licenses come with free support periods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>CS-Cart: <strong>30 days<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CS-Cart Ultimate: <strong>60 days<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CS-Cart Ultimate B2B: <strong>180 days<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The license upgrade (for example, from the standard CS-Cart to Ultimate) is calculated individually. The upgrade subscription price for the existing customers also stays the same. It doesn\u2019t apply to the existing customers\u2014they will continue to use CS-Cart B2B on a subscription basis.
